By Malaysian standards, Soon Futt Bak Kut Teh 顺发肉骨茶 (shùn fā ròu gǔchá) serves a really delicious bak kut teh. Cooked in flame-licked claypots, the broth was deceptively clear, yet slightly savoury and full of sweetness from the pork, with slight herbal undertones.
