Since 2003 from a little shop at Johor Jaya area, Meng Meng Roasted Duck 阿明帝王鸭 serves many roasting delights, especially their famous juicy and tender roasted duck meat with crispy skin, and mild herbal flavors!
We visited their outlet at KSL City Mall, Johor Bahru to try them out!
Their menu features lots of varieties of duck and mixed meat platter, with various sizes and prices prominently displayed..
Meng Meng Roasted Duck’s chef take pride in their roasted delights and meticulously prepares them for the dinning pleasure of their clients!
Their all-time favourite roasted duck are freshly processed on a daily basis!
They also features other roasted meat dishes such as Char Siu – 叉燒(Chinese BBQ Pork Belly) and traditional dumpling soup..
There are also typical Chinese dishes such as Curry Fish Head, Double-Boiled Tonic Soup, Fried Rice or Noodle and even specialty porridge too!
We tried their single-serving Duck Rice set, with a bowl of dumpling soup!
The roasted signature duck meat has a flavourful herbal presence, which is splendid, and tender with nice subtle hint of charcoal burnt smell.
Meng Meng Roasted Duck 阿明帝王鸭 was even ranked as one of the 100 Excellence Restaurant in 2017/2018 by The Connoisseur’s Guide to Eating Out – 百大餐厅年鉴 in Malaysia!
