Downgrading of Food Stall “5 Star Corner Western Food” located at Blk 805 Hougang Central, #01-116, Singapore 530805 due to Gastroenteritis Incidents
7 persons were reported having gastroenteritis symptoms after consuming food provided by “5 Star Corner Western Food” located at Blk 805 Hougang Central, #01-116, Singapore 530805 between 14 and 16 January 2019.
Following investigations, the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) has adjusted the food stall’s food hygiene grade to “C” with effect from 9 May 2019, to be reviewed in 12 months, and will keep the premises under surveillance meanwhile.
