The National Environment Agency (NEA) is aware that Red Bull beverages imported by Vijayam Biz Solutions Pte Ltd cannot be accepted at the Return Right machines for refund of the deposits.
NEA has reached out to the importer, and they have agreed to process the deposit refunds manually within 3 calendar days. If you have bought one of these beverages, you can email refundclaim84@gmail.com.
Vijayam Biz Solutions Pte Ltd will provide the instructions for you to obtain the refund.
This issue relates to this specific Red Bull product imported by Vijayam Biz Solutions Pte Ltd. All other registered BCRS products are not affected.
Consumers can continue to return eligible beverage containers at Return Right with BCRS machines and receive their 10¢ refunds as usual.
