The colourings (Sudan I, Sudan III, Sudan IV and Fast Garnet GBC) are industrial dyes that are <strong><em>potentially carcinogenic and are not permitted for use<\/em><\/strong> in food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>As a precautionary measure, SFA has directed the importer,<strong><em> Pronto Food Services Pte. Ltd., to recall the implicated products<\/em><\/strong>. Consumers who have purchased the products and are concerned should stop using the products.
