None were hospitalised. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"933\" height=\"620\" src=\"https:\/\/sgtaste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2289\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sgtaste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/image-4.png 933w, https:\/\/sgtaste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/image-4-300x199.png 300w, https:\/\/sgtaste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/image-4-768x510.png 768w, https:\/\/sgtaste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/image-4-75x50.png 75w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 933px) 100vw, 933px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>2 In view of the suspected ongoing transmission, SFA has <strong><em>suspended<\/em><\/strong> the food business operations of <strong><em>Eng\u2019s Wanton Noodles located at 287 Tanjong Katong Road<\/em><\/strong> with effect <em><strong>from 18 May 2021 until further notice<\/strong><\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"388\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/sgtaste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/image-292.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-787\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sgtaste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/image-292.png 388w, https:\/\/sgtaste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/image-292-300x244.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 388px) 100vw, 388px\" \/><figcaption><strong>SFA<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>3 All food handlers working in the premises are required to re-attend and pass the Food Safety Course Level 1 and test negative for foodborne pathogens, before they can resume work as food handlers. <br><br>The appointed Food Hygiene Officer working at the premises are also required to re-attend and pass the WSQ Conduct Food and Beverage Hygiene Audit course before he\/she can resume work as a Food Hygiene Officer. <br><br>The licensee is also required to clean and sanitise the premises, including equipment and utensils. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 Food safety is a joint responsibility. SFA would like to remind food operators to observe good food and personal hygiene practices at all times. <br><br>SFA will not hesitate to take firm action against anyone found to be in violation of the Environmental Public Health Act.
