SE can survive in raw and undercooked eggs and may cause foodborne illness. <br><br>The symptoms include diarrhoea, abdominal pain, fever, nausea and vomiting. While the infection typically subsides within a week in most people, SE can cause serious infection in vulnerable population such as the elderly, young children and those with weakened immune systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-text-color has-background has-vivid-red-color has-light-green-cyan-background-color\"><strong><u>Table 1: List of Importers <\/u><\/strong><br><br><strong>1. Only those with the farm code indicated above, \u201c<\/em><strong><em>CEM014<\/em><\/strong><em>\u201d, are implicated in this recall. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 Consumers who have purchased the affected eggs are advised to cook them thoroughly before consumption.
